配送ポリシーShipping Policy

 

第1条　発送について

商品詳細ページに別途予定納期の案内がない場合は、通常ご注文確認後、2-5営業日以内に発送いたします。

予定納期の商品も含め、発送後、運送会社と追跡番号をメールにてお客様に送信させていただきます。

 店頭受け取りをご希望の際はご注文の前に予めメールや電話でご相談ください。

海外発送の場合、ご注文をいただくタイミングによってチェックアウト後に送料の追加料金がかかることがあります。

また、日本国外に発送の場合、通関に必要な書類の提出を求められることがあります。

その際は自国のFEDEXカスタマーサービスにお問い合わせいただき、FEDEXのサポートを受けてください。

配送は全てFEDEXによってDoor to Doorで届けられます。

Unless otherwise noted with a separate estimated delivery time on the product detail page, items are normally shipped within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

For items with specified delivery times, as well as all other products, once shipped we will send you the carrier information and tracking number via email.

If you wish to pick up your order in-store, please contact us by email or phone before placing your order.

For international shipping, depending on the timing of your order, additional shipping charges may apply after checkout.

Also, for shipments outside Japan, you may be asked to provide documents required for customs clearance. In such cases, please contact your local FedEx customer service to receive support.

All shipments are delivered door-to-door by FedEx.

第2条　お届け先ご住所について

お届け先をご確認ください。

ご注文時にご入力いただいた情報により商品が届かない場合、または、通関に必要な書類の提出がないなどによって商品を受け取ることができない場合など、FEDEXの保管期間を超えた場合など、返送の送料と再度送付させていただく送料はお客様負担となりますのでご了承ください。

Please make sure to confirm your delivery address.

If the product cannot be delivered due to incorrect information entered at the time of order, failure to provide the documents required for customs clearance, or if the FedEx holding period is exceeded, the return shipping cost as well as the cost to resend the product will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

 

第3条　配達時間について

発送後、日本国内は配達まで1～3営業日間いただきますのでご了承ください。

海外への発送については発送完了時点で配達予定日時をお知らせいたします。

運送事故や天災など事情により予定通り配達ができない事もございます。万が一商品が届かない場合などはEメールや電話などでご連絡をください。

After shipment, please allow 1–3 business days for delivery within Japan.

For international shipments, we will notify you of the scheduled delivery date and time once the shipment has been completed.

Please note that delivery may not be completed as scheduled due to shipping accidents, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive, please contact us by email or phone.

第4条　運送事故による箱や梱包や商品の破損について

万が一の運送事故の際も、お客様が時間が経過してからによる運送会社への申告が認められない場合もございますので 商品が到着後、速やかに箱や梱包などにダメージが’あるかどうかご確認ください。

In the unlikely event of a shipping accident, please note that if too much time has passed, the carrier may not accept a claim. Therefore, after your item arrives, promptly check the box and packaging for any damage.

 

第5条　配送日時の指定について

配送希望日時のご指定が出来ませんので予めご了承ください。
